M olteplici marina forniscono a Trieste costanti attività - dalla vela al canottaggio, dal windsurf allo sci nautico – e informazioni turistiche sul territorio. I marina del bacino San Giusto sono protetti dai Moli che circondano il porto storico e riparati dai venti di tramontana. Aperti tutto l’anno, possono ospitare centinaia di ormeggi per imbarcazioni da diporto (dagli 8 ai 130 m) e disporre anche di aree di svago. Gli approdi sono comodi, sicuri e centralissimi, tanto da essere conosciuti per il fascino unico di ormeggiare in centro città. I fondali all’interno del bacino (dai 5 ai 14 m) accolgono anche unità di grosso pescaggio.

Il porto muggesano, a 3 miglia dalle acque slovene, si riconosce grazie ai moli color ocra. L’ingresso della marina è ampio e dispone di oltre 500 posti barca, senza problemi di fondali, con ormeggi per maxi yacht sino a 60 m.

Il vicino complesso turistico dispone di 350 appartamenti, un albergo, uno yacht club, un centro congressi, palestra, ristorante, enoteca, piscina, solarium e negozi.

Per i triestini la vela è proprio un grande amore: lungo le coste della provincia infatti sono ormeggiate quasi 5000 imbarcazioni, suddivise tra i vari marina, moli privati e circoli sportivi.

Die Marina San Giusto ist von Kais des historischen Hafens umgeben und vor Westwinden geschützt. Sie ist ganzjährig geöfnet und verfügt über hunderte von Ankerplätzen für Schife von 8 bis 130 m und über verschiedene Freizeiteinrichtungen. Die Anlegeplätze

sind praktisch, sicher und sehr zentral, so dass sie auch dafür bekannt sind, dass man direkt in der Alstadt anlegt. Das Wasser im Hafenbecken ist tief genug (5 bis 14 m), um auch Schife mit großen Tiefgang aufzunehmen. Den Hafen von Muggia, 3 Meilen vor der slowenischen Grenze, kann man gut an den ockerfarbigen Kais erkennen. Die Einfahrt ist breit und die Marina verfügt über 500 Anlegeplätze mit großer Wassertiefe und mit Ankerplätzen für Maxi-Jachten bis zu 60 m.

Der naheliegende Fremdenverkehrskomplex verfügt über 350 Appartements, ein Hotel, einen Jachtclub, ein Kongresszentrum, ein Fitness-Center, ein Restaurant, eine Enothek, ein Schwimmbad, Solarien und Geschäfte.
